Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Crater Design collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit crater.design or get in touch with us.

Information we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide — your name, studio or business name, email address, the discipline you select, and your message. When you visit the site, we also automatically collect standard analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and the source that referred you.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, schedule calls, and deliver our services. We use analytics data to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure site traffic and usage in an aggregated, anonymized form. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

Third-party services

We rely on a few trusted providers to run the site: Framer (hosting), Google Analytics (usage measurement), and Cal.com (call scheduling). When you book a call, the details you submit are handled under Cal.com’s privacy policy. Each provider processes data under its own terms.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and project information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal or accounting requirements, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time. To do so, email us at tony@crater.design.
